Payment terms

The terms and conditions on FelixWebdesign.de stated prices.

Payment is made online or by bank transfer. FelixWebdesign.de issues invoices to users, which are sent to them in PDF format (by email) after payment.

When you purchase a new module, FelixWebdesign.de will provide you with a license that is valid for one year. This license allows you to keep the module up to date via the HumHub marketplace.

It is possible to renew the license at the price indicated on FelixWebdesign.de. Your license will then be valid until the anniversary of the purchase of the module. Example: If you buy a module on 03/23/2024 and renew the license late, for example on 04/18/2025, your license will be valid until 03/23/2026. If the license has not been renewed for 6 months, you will need to purchase a new license at the indicated price to purchase a new module.

Fees already paid will not be refunded, except in special cases upon request.
